Every five years over 600 vessels and more than two million visitors come to the city, making SAIL Amsterdam one of the largest nautical events in the world. Since 1975 the event showcases everything the city has to offer. It promotes classical ships, and both Dutch and worldwide maritime heritage.

Sail from Tall Ships Dunkirk to SAIL Amsterdam and stay on board during the festivities, or embark in Amsterdam in time to join a sailing-out parade and sail on to participate in Sail Bremerhaven.

Sail out of Dunkirk with other ships gathered there for the last festival of the 2020 Tall Ships Races. Spend 2-3 days sailing before joining a spectacular sailing parade into Amsterdam! Enjoy the experience of entering the city with hundreds of other vessels, admired from the shores by citizens and tourists.

Moor in Amsterdam and participate in the festival while staying on board the Atyla. The crew will ask you to help out on the ship, showing Atyla to curious visitors and telling them about your experience on board. You can also board as a passenger and have the days in port completely to yourself.
