The Compliance Officer and Community Liaison (COCL) team has released the Draft Compliance and Outcome Assessment Quarterly Report: All Sections with Remaining Compliance Issues and 2019 Updates on Other Sections, pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, Case No. 3:12-cv-02265-SI, filed 12/17/12 between the United States Department of Justice and the City of Portland, Oregon. 

 

A copy of this draft report will be posted on the COCL’s website, www.portlandcocl.com 

 

Comments and feedback on this report will be accepted through November 4, 2019 at 5 pm, after which a final version will be submitted. Feedback may be emailed to rosenbaumandassociatesllp@gmail.com or shared at the Town Hall forum on October 22, 2019, at 5:30 pm
