Leaves are falling EVERYWHERE this week as we slide into cooler
knitting weather!  And, here at Countrywool
we are ramping up for two BIG projects this fall:
...the SOS Hat and Sweater pattern knit-a-long
...the RIP VAN WINKLE FALL KNITTING RETREAT.
The knit-a-long is taking place on KNIT NITE each week,
with notes being added on our Facebook COUNTRYWOOLERS group,
with the FREE SOS Hat pattern just published on Ravelry.
Isn't this perfect weather to collect wonderful
sport weight wool yarns and join in ?!?
 



RIP VAN WINKLE FALL KNITTING RETREAT, November 15, 16 & 17.
This year we will focus on The Celtic Plait Aran;
 Northern Exposure Hat and Thrummed/Stuffed Mittens.

Stretch, Eat, Knit October 7 & 28, 2019 Perk up your Mondays and start the week off right! Have you always wanted to knit? Learn and/or practice more yoga? Maybe you know how to do both, but would enjoy some company? Join us for yoga from 11-12:15  (just south of Countrywool.. we'll meet up at 10:40). Light lunch at Countrywool to follow Then knitting 'till 3 $18  ($16 each if you bring a friend!)

 

Making Yarn Mondays October 21   1 - 3 pm Like making a smooth yarn? Want to figure out how to spin for a particular project? Need help plying? Have a wheel that needs a tune-up? Fascinated by color blended yarns?  All skill levels welcome. One wheel available to rent. Fibers extra. Drop spindlers welcome! $25

KNIT NITE is in full swing.
If you are working with yarn purchased at Countrywool, attendance is FREE; $10 otherwise.
All are welcome to join us. Mondays 6-8.
