If you aren’t familiar with the Kelly Bronze, it's known as the "Rolls Royce of turkeys" for good reason. We've carried them for several years now, and we can emphatically tell you that they are phenomenal. These birds are a rare, black-feathered heritage breed rescued by the Kelly family in the 80s, raised with "one of the slowest farming methods in the world." The turkeys are also hand-plucked and dry-aged for 7 days, giving them incredible flavor and tenderness.
