If you haven't fulfilled your commitment, please sign up to help either Friday or Saturday. WE NEED YOU!
Visit the Season Signup Genius to volunteer.
NEW PROCEDURE THIS YEAR:
All volunteers please sign in at your stations (Chaperones, Concessions, Trailer Crew) so that you can get credit for your time.
If you have questions about volunteering, please contact:
Cyndee Van Siclen, Chaperone Coordinator
Christa Afflerbach or Heather Blady, Concessions Co-Chairs
Mike DeRosier, Equipment Crew Chair

FAQ...
"Where does all the fundraising money go?"
Each year, Mr. Morehouse puts together a budget for the band. Only a portion of the operational costs for the band are covered by the school district. Fundraisers are an important source of revenue to give the students the opportunity to perform at a high level and look sharp on the field!
Some of the things the Band Parent Association is able to provide for the students with fundraising revenue include:
- Instrument and equipment purchases and maintenance. This year, that included percussion heads, mallets and stands; a new drum major podium, color guard rifles, flags and equipment; and repair and maintenance of the golf cart and trailer equipment, among other things.
- Uniform cleaning and repair
- Show and drill design and music arrangement for this year's show
- Additional professional instructors
- Competition entrance fees
- Student leadership camps and staff development
- Disney trip costs, including truck rental for instrument transport
- Banquet expenses, including awards and meals for all students
As you can see, your support of our fundraisers is vital to the band! Questions about fundraising revenue can be addressed to Mr. Morehouse or Band Parent Assn Treasurer, Robin Dunckley.
