Khmeli-Suneli
Khmeli-Suneli is a versatile blend, delicious in bean, grain and vegetable dishes. This traditional Georgian spice blend is a fusion of culinary influences from the east and west. Basil and savory are mixed with fenugreek seed and leaf, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and coriander.

Mace Powder
Mace Powder is ground from the lacy outer covering of the nutmeg, commonly called "blades".  Mace imparts a sweet and pungent flavor that is different from nutmeg, yet complements it. French cuisine sometimes calls for them to be used in tandem to balance the flavors but mace can also stand alone in dishes savory or sweet.

Advieh
Our version of Advieh, a signature spice blend in Middle Eastern cuisine, is an exotic combination of multiple varietals of sweet cinnamon, cardamom seed, and roses, grounded by the earthiness of cumin and black pepper, and finished with a bright pop of Indian coriander.

New Mexico Chili Powder
New Mexico Chili Powder was actually developed in Texas in the mid 1800's as a convenient seasoning for the classic "bowl of red". A mixture of paprika, chilies, cumin, garlic and onion- it makes the perfect seasoning base for chili con carne, tacos, fajitas and all kinds of beans.
