October 19th, 9:00-11:00 AM Location: Bottom of Cortereal Ave.
(Cul-de-sac near the tunnel behind the parking garage)
The portion of our Montclair Railroad Trail behind the McCaulou's parking lot is looking a little "rustic" and in need of some maintenance. Please join us on Saturday, October 19th for an hour or two of light gardening and clean-up.
We'll start at the Cortereal Ave. cul-de-sac where you'll sign in and get instructions.
There are activities for everyone regardless of skill level. Our efforts will include brush removal, raking, sweeping, and general beautification and clean-up. We’ll also be sawing and repurposing some fallen Eucalyptus.
We’ll supply tools, gloves and guidance. Don't forget sunscreen, water, and perhaps a hat. Also, long pants and long sleeves can protect extra protection.
Please join us in this community effort. We really do have fun and you'll have the opportunity to meet new people or run into old friends. No experience is necessary and children accompanied by an adult are welcome.
Our volunteers' time is invaluable and much appreciated. We look forward to seeing you!
2020 Membership - It's That Time of Year
