Your update on the latest Collective Agreement negotiations

Dear CUPEU member,
Good news: a majority of members who attended yesterday's meeting voted to ratify the tentative agreement that was negotiated with CU. Following the meeting, an email was sent to the University informing them of the decision.
The next step is to have the ratified agreement forwarded to the Board of Governors for their approval. Once this is done, we will be able to formally sign it and close this negotiations round.

It's really great to see the strength and enthusiasm of our membership when it comes together to push for progress in the workplace. Your voice and support continues to make having a solid Collective Agreement possible.
