Fall is here, the auditorium renovation is nearly complete, and that means we need all volunteer hands on deck! This week..

1. Mark your calendar for our October 24 volunteer meeting.
2. We've got a bunch of fall tabling opportunities coming up at the end of October we need coverage for.
3. We're holding a member "thank-a-thon" and I'm looking for volunteers to make thank you calls to our members the week of October 21.

Please put Thursday, October 24 from 6:45 - 7:45 pm on your calendar for our quarterly volunteer meeting.

If you wish to volunteer with us this fall, this meeting is mandatory. Operations as a two-screen cinema will be considerably different from how we've operated in the past, and this means some significant changes to our volunteer program as well. If you haven't already, please reply to this email with your RSVP for this meeting. 

We have a number of upcoming tabling/outreach opportunities. As the October 24 meeting is meant to get everyone up-to-date on what's happening at the theater, we're doing a bunch of tabling events in the two weeks following that where you can share all of our exciting news with the community. Finally, we're planning a member "thank-a-thon" for the week of October 21. We have daytime calling options every week-day that week from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We're calling all of our members to say thanks for sticking with us through the auditorium renovation and make sure they know about our Renvoation Reception.
