Expressions of Interest

IDEAS is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified people who have the time and commitment to accept the legal and ethical responsibilities to ensure that the organisation does the best possible pursuit of its objectives.

Currently the Constitution of IDEAS state that all existing Directors have a term of three years and at least one Director must retire at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) but are eligible for re-election. The Board consists of no less than three and no greater than seven Directors. Our current Directors are:

Chris Dumas – Treasurer
Karen Peacock
Andrew Bokor
Peter Hunt
Wendy Bowles (will be retiring at the AGM)

Interested persons wishing to nominate for a position on the Board of Directors must be able to offer evidence that they meet the selection criteria and one of the identified skill sets required by the Board by providing a brief profile of their experience and skills.

Nominations must be received by no later than Wednesday 30 October 2019 and will be reviewed and voted on at the AGM in late November 2019 (invitation to follow).
