The Arizona Department of Insurance has made all rate increase filings for the 2020 plan year public. The Department did not receive any threshold rate increase filings (increases of 15% or more for at least one plan) for the 2020 plan year.   
 
The complete list of all plan year 2020 rate filings is available on the Department's Consumer Rate Information Page here: https://insurance.az.gov/consumers/help-health-insurance/information-about-health-insurance-rate-increases 
 
The public can view rate increase information by visiting SERFF Filing Access (SFA). 
 
Instructions for searching Arizona rate filing information:

• Navigate to https://insurance.az.gov/sfa
• Review the instructions and, at the bottom of the page, click PROCEED TO SFA
• Click BEGIN SEARCH
• You must review and accept the Terms of Use to proceed
• On the Filing Search page, select Business Type:  Life, Accident/Health, Annuity, Credit
• You may search by Company Name or other criteria. SERFF Tracking Numbers for 2020 rate filings are included in the complete list of all plan year 2020 rate filings, available on the Consumer Rate Information Page.

 
The public will also be able to view final rate filing information on RateReview.Healthcare.gov beginning on November 1, 2019.
