I can't find my ticket. Can I have it reprinted?
Yes, simply come to the ticket window at walk up and find the box office window labeled "Ticket Reprints." Be sure you are in the correct line, other windows will not reprint tickets.
I can't make it to the performance. What are my options?
We get it! The babysitter falls through, or you fall ill and you can't make it to the concert. While we have a no refund policy, if you call our box office at 316.267.7658 at least three hours before the performance, we can exchange you into a different concert. Alternatively, you can donate your ticket and we will send you a tax-deductible acknowledgment for the value of the ticket. If we don't answer, please leave a voicemail with your name and phone number.
