Fall is here, and many of you are planning your winter trips to warmer climates.
We would like to help you in your travel preparations by making some suggestions for a seamless transfer to your winter abodes.
1. Please send us the dates of departure and return so follow-up appointments with specialists or investigations (for example x-rays, CT, labs) will coincide with your return.
2. If you have a local phone number at your winter destination, please forward this to us.
3. Please ensure requests for medication for the duration away is requested at least 7-10 days before your departure date.
4. Please ensure to schedule a clinic visit prior to your departure. This is important for those clients with chronic conditions or if you have not been seen in our clinic within the past 3-6 months.
5. Please receive your Flu vaccine before you depart (flu vaccines will be available next week, we will send another email)
