As you might have noticed, fall is here in full force. On the farm this means we are making plans for the winter and trying to capture the last of the warm days out on pasture. Our beef will be grazing stockpiled grass until mid December unless we get another early heavy snow, fingers crossed!. The pigs will be making their way into the warm bedded pack barns as the fall rains start. This allows them to remain dry, healthy and happy. So as winter approaches, get out there, eat our meats and enjoy the sun.
