Hi everyone,  

I previously wrote to you about the “Let’s Define ME” Event. I would like to say a big thank you to those who were able to attend the last session, “Let’s Define ME” that was held on 08 October 2019. There were some great discussions about the positive and negative labels that have been placed on women. The participants then went on to share how they dealt with those labels. 

As you are aware, I am currently studying Community Education at Dundee University and my work placement with Fife centre for equalities. As part of my placement, I have been asked to organise and host 3 events for the Women and Inclusion in Politics group.  The participants of the last event kindly helped shape the next two events. 

Hence, I would like to invite you, as part of the Women and Inclusion in politics, to 

“Let’s Talk About US” 

Monday 11th November 10:00-12:00 

Greener Kirkcaldy 

8 East Fergus Place, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1XT 

This session “Let’s Talk About US”, will give you the opportunity to share your story and hear the stories of others. It is important to note that if you do not wish to share your journey then you are still welcome to come along and listen to other people and join in with the group. 

Travel expenses and Creche facilities can be covered. If this is required, then please contact us as soon as possible.
