You are invited to our annual gathering, book your place today!
Venue: Moray House School of Education, University of Edinburgh EH8 8AQ

2020 will be an extremely important year for planetary health. In November 2020 the world's 190+ nations must commit to deep cuts in greenhouse gas emissions at the UN's COP26 climate change summit in Glasgow.  With awareness of the climate and nature crisis rising in Scotland and the arrival of this critical conference in November, our 2019 AGM will ask: what connects the climate and nature crisis, democracy and you?

We will explore the role of the individual and participative democracy in influencing societal change, and showcase how Learning for Sustainability approaches can inspire positive interactions with all three.

We'll be hosting inspirational speakers and examples and inspiring you to explore and deepen your skills and approaches for engagement.

Our AGM will take place at the start of the event in which our Steering Group for 2020 -2022 will be elected. The event is also a fantastic networking opportunity, allowing you to meet other highly motivated individuals from across the education, charity and community sectors.

A formal agenda will be available shortly - in the mean time, book your place now to avoid missing out. Our events always reach capacity, and it won't be the same without you!
