Coneman Tip of the Week: Port Authority Live Chat Assistance Now Available

Starting on October 1, 2019, the Port Authority began offering a new on-the-go live chat service to further improve rider’s customer service experience. Monday through Friday’s riders can use the new live chat service feature between the hours of 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM by using a desktop computer or mobile device. In addition to this, rider’s can now also text with a Customer Service representative, during the above hours, simply by sending a question, comment or complaint to 412-415-7521.

Riders in need of customer service assistance outside of these hours will be directed to Port Authority’s Customer Service contact form or can call the Customer Service line at 412-442-2000 to address their questions, comments, or concerns. As Port Authority’s Customer Service Department learns more about how customers interact with the new service, they anticipate expanding the hours of availability to better accommodate riders.
