I am excited to tell you that I've hired a consultant that has been implementing a new online Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). This has a focus to provide you with the best Service, Support, and Repairs. It will hold every contact within your company allowing us to generate a ticket whenever you need anything from us. It will be tracked and documented all the way through to your satisfaction. It will then schedule us to follow up with you in a few weeks to confirm you are happy. All services performed will be tied to your serial number(s), heavy equipment make, model, and ID. It will store all of your settings, configuration, and notes. I am obsessed with organization and found this as the best solution to provide an added service to you. I would greatly appreciate it if you could reply to this email with your current equipment and the systems installed. I have most of you documented but it'd be good to cross check as we enter the data.
For all of you GNSS users. We have a great power pack for your base. It's in a pelican case and has an easy to use SAE plug on the outside. You simply plug in your current cable from the base station to the outside of the case. It has a solar panel that plugs into the opposite side of the case to charge the internal battery at the same time. It also has a wall charger that plugs into that same slot to charge at home. I'll have them at the training for you to see. Everyone loves them and they are only $495.00.
Please remember that winter is the best time to get your equipment serviced. Get your lasers calibrated, GNSS updated, and machine control dialed in. I am happy to schedule personalized training in your yard as we calibrate and fine tune your machine control.
