Many to Thank for the Great Summer of Camps

We send a huge thank you to all of you that were able to attend one of our five full day camps. It was yet another successful summer of learning and fun! There are many that were a part of making it a successful summer.
Beverly Fowler, Head of School at Salisbury Academy for allowing us to host the 5th-8th grade and 1st-4th grade coed camps. Christ United Methodist Church, for hosting the two girls camps and the boys camp. There are three AMAZING individuals that have been top notch when it comes to our camps every year! Bo Hawkins at Chic fil A, Ken Hartpence at Jersey Mike's and Chris Foote at Longhorn Steakhouse. They provided a meal for each week of camps, and have done so every year! . Please take a moment to thank them the next time you visit their establishments. We again had beverages provided by Cheerwine and gift cards for other snacks and beverages donated by ALDI and Thrivent. Thanks to Chris Fowler and Eric Brady from Thrivent for their support.
We have to recognize Ashlee Dangerfield and Ashlee's Embroidery for the great work on our camp jerseys, with our newly designed logo. Also, a huge thank you to Bryan Overcash and Greg Alcorn of GCS Agents for sponsoring our camp tournament t shirts! We could not have had those fun Fridays without their support!
Our board members were again on top of getting all of the meals scheduled/provided. They have been a huge addition to this organization. I send a huge thank you out to Ashley Thompson, Penny Moss, Brittany Wear and Laura Shaffer! Without these ladies, it would be impossible to handle the continued growth of our camps!

As mentioned prior to the start of camps, we have switched to a more complete and versatile online registration platform. On our homepage, there is a widget that you can search events, class packs (lessons) and memberships. With this new platform, you can book and pay for your sessions in advance, while also saving by purchasing lesson packages and memberships.

Activity Cancellation and Assurance Policy
|
|
|
We receive more lesson requests than we can fulfill and must decline requests based on our recurring schedule of sessions. We appreciate you honoring the time that you have scheduled with us.
Unfortunately, we have had multiple last minute cancellations and/or no shows. This does not allow time to fill those spots, and results in lost revenue for our staff and organization. As a result, the Board of Directors and I have implemented an Activity Cancellation and Assurance Policy. All new and current private lesson participants will be required to sign this online form before any lessons are provided.

*Important* Our private lessons and Sunday clinic sessions are open for parents and family and we welcome you to attend. We ask that when you do attend, please refrain from communicating with your child, as it is a distraction to them and the coach.

We have raised all but $850 to purchase our Dr. Dish basketball shooting machine. Remember, this is to provide more efficient instruction for your kids, as well as improve the quality of our programming.
