Do you want to keep getting our newsletters?

I totally get it. I feel like I get way too many emails and it's a losing battle to stay on top of them.

I hope that our newsletters are useful to you, whether its:
  • a resource for staying healthy and happy
  • a tool for parenting or teaching
  • a great coupon on one of our educational courses
  • a link to free videos, blogs, podcasts and more
  • occasional giveaways from partners

Are you opening any emails?

Our email provider thinks you haven't opened any in a while. If that's the case, we'll bow out. No action needed, but we will unsubscribe you.

But sometimes they get it wrong! For example, you might be reading emails in a preview screen and it looks like you never open them. If that's the case, please, please, please either simply reply here and tell me your favorite kind of chocolate or

Successfully launched this summer: the online school!

I'm grateful to my friends and colleagues that came out to celebrate the launch of the Prevent Postpartum Depression course this summer.

I'm so excited to have had fifty students, including beta testers and affiliate partners, join our learning community. It is a common sales tactic to have a course be only available to enroll for a short-window of time, in order to make it seem more exclusive. I have purposefully left the course open for new students to enroll at any time. Because I don't want to limit this important source of support! Please send any pregnant or newly postpartum friends to PreventPPD.com.
You can see all the pictures and a full list of supporters that attended here

Podcast: The First Latch

I had a truly special conversation with Barb on the First Latch podcast, talking openly about miscarriage and postpartum anxiety. It is available now anywhere you enjoy podcasts or here

Stay tuned for an episode of the Mother to Mother podcast, expected 10/2/19.

Asking for help

You can see a 14 minute video I recorded for Ergobaby on asking for help here or here. (The first link includes a partial transcription.)

And just for fun! My daughters and I participated in this campaign around women supporting women. While the fun and conversations primarily took place on Instagram, you can still enjoy some of our photos here.

But seriously though... Are you following @burdtherapy on IG? That's where you'll find the latest and greatest!
