Retail forum meeting - change of date!!
The meeting date has moved from the 12th to the 19th November - 6pm in the Camden Centre.  Please email us to let us know if you plan to attend.
Membership of BID - sign up now!
BID levy paying businesses can easily become members of the company, giving you the right to attend, speak and vote at AGMs.  If you wish to exercise your rights, you will find a form by clicking here.  
The Guide to Royal Tunbridge Wells at Christmas is hot off the printing press!  A stylish guide to Shop Local, 110,000 of them will be door dropped by Royal Mail to addresses in SE Surrey, E Sussex and Kent. More than 100 retailers submitted gifts for photography and inclusion into the guide which was expertly styled by local agency Calvermont. Also featured are theatres, the Ice Rink, markets and eating out.  Copies are being distributed around the town, if you want copies for staff or customers, please email us.
We were joined by a number of business at The Assembly Hall Theatre at the end of October to learn more about how businesses can become Dementia Friendly.  Katie Hancock, Associate Solicitor from CooperBurnett delivered a wide ranging presentation covering all the reasons that drove CooperBurnett to achieve their Dementia Friendly status.  Several businesses signed up at the event but if you couldn't attend and would like more information, please do contact us for further details.  If your business already has trained Dementia Friends but you have not yet registered on the local register held by Kent County Council, email us and we'll help you with the registration process.
New What's On Guides available now

The latest of our What's On Guides is available now, distributed borough wide via Index Magazine, it is also distributed across the South East to Motorway Services, Tourist Information Centres, Hotels, B & B's and attractions. Covering a 2 month period; November and December, it is being delivered to cafes, pubs, and other sites around the town centre area, if you want copies for your business,
please email us.
Bewl Water are now taking bookings for 2020 dragon boat teams. The dragon boat race will take place on 5th September 2020.
Crews of 16 paddlers (plus a drummer) race in Chinese-style Dragon Boats over a 250-metre course. Crews do not need to be super fit or skilled to be successful - all that's required is teamwork and a good sense of fun!
