NSP Closeout: HUD Releases Updated NSP Data Clean-Up Reports

In September of 2018, HUD’s Office of Block Grant Assistance (OBGA) Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) team released NSP Data Clean-Up Financial and Performance Reports in the Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting System (DRGR) Reports Module, MicroStrategy.

Based on user feedback and report testing, HUD has developed new versions of the reports and revised guidance for grantees to make corrections in DRGR.

In order to assist reconciliation, the revised reports identify conditions that indicate inconsistent or incomplete data in DRGR. In addition, they provide cumulative values at the activity level. HUD has revised guidance to accompany each report that describes the flagged conditions and the actions the grantee and field office can take to correct the condition. The revised reports flag conditions that require correction or merit investigation for possible correction. Please see the revised guidance and the revised Fact Sheet for detailed instructions on accessing and working with reports.
