Can I just say a big THANK YOU to everyone who got in touch with suggestions for new venues - we really appreciate your help!
We're very excited to be heading back to the Windmill in Cambridge - our NEW Blissfully Blues venue.
This is a venue that we have very fond memories of, having had many an all-nighter there in the past... So we're sure that Blissfully will be happy in its new home - and we hope that you will be too!
We appreciate that for some it will be an easier journey - but for others, maybe not. We're keeping our fingers and toes crossed that you'll continue to be able to support it... Our first Blissfully Blues in Cambridge will be on Fri 15th November.
But enough about that - let's have a look at what we can look forward to THIS weekend!
On Saturday night (19th Oct) we have our last LBD (& waistcoats) Nite of the year to look forward to, so glam up and we'll see you there!
On Sunday evening (20th Oct) as well as our regular Buckden Blues Class Night - Duncan will be offering up his selection of tunes for our DJ Takeover - Half WOWer! So do come and lend your support and dance to his fabulous selection of music.
And at Blue Monday in Harlow we'll be having a Sharing Table as it is our last night before we have two weeks off... There'll be a class, and some great music for freestyle AND if we all bring something for the Sharing Table we can have a bit of a picnic together too!
And then next weekend - it is ALL about the Crystal Blues! With over 150 joining us for the whole weekend, it's gonna be MEGA!
If you are joining us for Crystal Blues then there are a couple of ways you could help us to make a difference in our local community...
You could bring along something we could add as a prize for our charity raffle - all proceeds going towards a local Kindness group who help the homeless, the elderly, those in need and those with very little.
And... Or... if you have any tines/packets/toiletries/small boxers for men/socks/sweets/biscuits/jam etc that you could spare - we'll make sure they get to people locally who are very much in need of some help...

Planning ahead
We're adding events to our calendar on a daily basis at the moment - so if you want to plan ahead for next year, take a look at our Event Calendar and scroll through for all the latest info. Still some exciting events to be added - but if you want to be sure you don't miss out, start planning now!
We have released tickets for our NEW YEAR"S EVE FREESTYLE! Woop woop!
AND... We have a very exciting change of venue happening for Blues at the Inn (which used to be Blues at the Blu...). Tickets will be available very soon for this fabulous All-Night freestyle event right near Heathrow airport.
CLASS NIGHTS
Sunday's in Buckden - from 7.30pm til 10.30pm
Just a heads up - there will be NO CLASS in Buckden on Sunday 3rd November. The floor is being given it's annual MOT.

Blue Monday in Harlow - from 8pm til 10.30pm.
We have two weeks when there will be NO BLUE MONDAY class unfortunately. Mon 28th Oct we are unable to have the hall and Mon 4th Nov we'll be in Lanzarote.
The best way to learn to dance is at a dance class - but dance classes need your support to survive... We'd love to see you.

Crystal Blues Challenge - Buckden 25th - 27th October. Non-residential competition weekend. Reduced price All-Weekend passes available now!
Yorkshire Blues Retreat - This event is very close to capacity now, with only a couple of double rooms left available. If you'd like to join us, do get in touch asap. Single ladies places are on hold I'm afraid.
LanzaBlues Retreat (Apr 2020) - Lanzarote 20th - 24th April 2020. Our first LanzaBlues Retreat sold out in days - so if you think you'd like to join us for this one, get in touch NOW! Because we have only just released this date and places are very limited.
The Pulse Awesome Weekender 2020 - Scarborough 15th - 18th May 2020. We very excited to be invited back again to Scarborough for this really rather Awesome weekender with the Pulse Crew! Interested in joining us? Get in touch...
Bournemouth Blues Retreat 2020 - October 9th - 11th 2020. We were gutted to have to cancel our Retreat this month, so we're really glad we have this to look forward to next year! Taking bookings now.
