On November 3, we “fall back." This time of year often signifies a change in our wardrobe and our habits. Colder weather can become a handy excuse for unhealthy habits. To keep you motivated throughout the holiday season, MOXIE is serving up our Fall Squad Challenge beginning November 4th.

We are particularly thankful for the continued growth and success of MOXIE Lifestyle Fitness Studio. We are grateful for every mentor, associate, friend and client who has supported us throughout this incredible journey. Happy Thanksgiving!
