Thank you for joining us in prayer this week.  We acknowledge together that God is greater, that he is our hope and comfort and that he reigns over all things.

OSCAR & RACHEL MENDOZA - GUATEMALA

Celebrations:  We are preparing to return to the UK soon and thank God for His care in this whole process. We will become UK-based missionaries and actively support the Light House project in Guatemala.  We have been praying for a team of people to come alongside us and it has been amazing to see how God has answered this prayer, through Gerardo and Corina Lovato and their two children. They will be the ‘on the ground’ leaders of the Light House going forward.

Challenges:
-    Living expenses for Gerardo, Corina and their family.
-    General costs of running the Light House such as rent, food for the children, educational supplies.
-    Raising a minimum of £2000 for a vehicle to leave with the Light House.

ROBIN & JANET FENNER - SOUTH AFRICA

Celebrations:  We are seeing pockets of revival over all the areas we minister in. We are thankful for the many salvations, recommitments and restored lives.   We are also thankful for the 7 souls who committed their lives to Christ when Robin spoke at the Barberton Addiction Recovery Centre.

Challenges:
-    We are thankful for the rainfall we have had the last few days. There is a severe water shortage in our home town. Please pray for continuing rain.
-    Pray for our ongoing health.
-    Also for safety as there are often sporadic political protests, and for safety on the roads as we travel long distances frequently.
-    For our children and grandchildren in the UK.
-    For those we minister to over the border of  Mozambique, and the Leadership Training Program we facilitate in Mozambique.

SHERYL & NOVI MAATITAWAER - INDONESIA

Celebrations: Our partners working with the Wana Tribes have been seeing tremendous results with hundreds of people coming to the Lord and being discipled primarily through children's ministries. They are a nomadic people who live in small settlements in very remote areas which are extremely hard and dangerous to reach. This is the first time they have been hearing the gospel.

Challenges:
-    Pray for Sheryl as she has been experiencing extraordinary difficulties and setbacks with obtaining her 5 year visa. Pray that there will be no further financial burdens for her visa.
-    One big challenge is fundraising to build a training centre on Sumba Island to support the ministry that has been happening there in recent years.
-    Some of our children are struggling at school and are under extreme pressure to pass exams to be able to move up to the next year. Please also pray for our daughter as she struggles especially as the studies are in the native tongue.
