We are settling back in after spending a couple weeks in the US. It was a short visit, but we loved it! That is, until we made our return trip… more on that later! During our stay, we witnessed the wedding of two of our dearest friends, spent time with some of our family, and had a chance to update our supporters on some growth and movement with SEEDS. It was wonderful!

Due to the unrest in Hong Kong, most flights through China have been diverted to different airports. So instead, we made a connection through Wuhan on our way to Thailand. Long story short, we got detained, searched, and questioned for around 30 minutes upon arrival in China. We're talking closed room, interrogation, looking through personal files on our devices… it was intense. We have a lot to say about our experience, but for now we’ll save it for a blog post and just say thank you for your prayers!

🙏Prayers🙏
1. Staff Advance - This upcoming weekend, all of our staff will depart for Koh Chang to spend a week connecting and planning through fellowship. Please pray that we will grow in unity of purpose as we pursue God's will for 2020 together.
2. Rest - In this season, not only are we praying for rest for our family and staff, but with the school year coming to an end, we are also praying that our students have a fun and enjoyable winter break.
3. Partnership - God has put it on our hearts to engage and partner with the local church in America. We are excited, but a little nervous to pursue the opportunities in front of us. Pray for wisdom, devine connections, and perseverance as we pray, prepare, and seek.
