Well, it's "technically" not summer anymore...

But that doesn't mean there aren't awesome things still happening! Annnnd... I'm still wearing shorts and flip flops nowadays, because SoCal :)

One of the awesome events happening is coming up this Sunday October 20th at Thornton Winery, where my band and I will be opening for Jeffrey Osborne! I am beyond excited for this show, and have a killer band rockin' with me, plus a very special guest on sax all the way from the Bay: Eddie M!

Another cool thing that recently happened is the new Rebecca Jade & the Cold Fact record came out about a month ago!

And lastly, but certainly not least, I am SO excited to share that Sheila E. is going on a three-week European tour and bringing her whole band with her! This will be my first time overseas with the Queen of Percussion, and I can't wait! We'll be going to Austria, Belgium, parts of Germany (which I'm extra excited about since I'm half-German), and the Netherlands :)

I think that is it for now and thanks for reading! I'm trying to work on NOT writing novels but just to share some tidbits of what is happening on my end...
