Everything Out of the Garage by 7:30 am Please
The power washing guys are scheduled to be here at 8 am in the morning. Please make sure everything is out of the garage by 7:30 am. Loose random stuff will be thrown into the dumpster.
If you leave your bikes, they will end up with over-spray on them ... you won't like that.
You don't need to do anything with your storage units unless you have stuff sitting on the concrete floor. It might end up with overflow from the water sneaking under the door, so I'd check prior to the morning that anything sitting on the floor is water safe.
We plan to ask them to do some work on the first and second entry to clean a bit of that up too.
