Submit a Petition for Regulatory Review
In addition to filing a petition provided in Chapter 91-6, a small business may file a written petition with the State Agency that has adopted rules by objecting to all or part of any rule affecting small business on any of the ground found in accordance with HRS §201M-6 along with a copy forwarded to the SBRRB. What is Small Business Saturday?
Small Business Saturday is an American shopping holiday on the Saturday after Thanksgiving (November 30th). It is a counterpart to Black Friday & Cyber Monday, which highlight big box retails & online shopping respectively. Small Business Saturday encourages holiday shoppers to patronize locally owned brick & mortar businesses. It is part of an ongoing national/local Shop Small campaign.
Help make the 10th annual Small Business Saturday a big success!
