Annual General Meeting

This is a follow-up to the Oct. 6 message notifying you of the upcoming ONHB annual general meeting on Sunday, Oct. 27, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. at Woodroffe United Church.  Ratification of a second bylaw amendment, this one to modify the quorum requirements for AGMs and other official meetings of members, has been added to the agenda in item 7.  All AGM documents can be found here, including a new document explaining this bylaw change.

The AGM documents can also all be found on the ONHB website, ottawanewhorizons.com.  Follow the links For Members/Annual General Meeting (AGM) documents/October 2019 to find them.  These documents include a nomination form that must be completed by and for all candidates for the board of directors.  As the Oct. 6 email blast and the form itself indicate, 10 ONHB members must sign each nomination form.  Unfortunately, the Oct. 6 email also contained a link to another nomination form which incorrectly states that twelve such signatures are required.  Please ignore this form.  We regret any inconvenience it has caused.
