Avocados are this week's Star of the Blackboard and there are a million things that you can do with them. Not everyone in my family is a big fan of cooking Avos but I really like them grilled with Cheese. Have a go at this recipe, it looks like a good snack after the gym.

Sausage of the week
The Met Service tells me that the low pressure system that we had on Monday night is not hanging around, so hopefully we can have a BBQ before we watch the rugby on Saturday night. Throw a couple of our World Famous in Hillcrest Beef and Worcester Sausages on the barbie, it will be great.

NZ Navel Oranges
These are great right now, juice them for breakfast, eat them for lunch and make them into a salad for dinner. Have a go at this Sicilian Orange Salad, it would be great with a roast Chicken as an easy weeknight dinner.
