Did you know that Community Health Centres (CHCs) across Canada have no dedicated federal funding and only a small fraction of Canadian communities currently have a CHC? 

CHCs are community-led hubs delivering services across several sectors such as healthcare, seniors services, housing, community wellbeing and others. They bring together more of the services Canadians need, within an integrated approach, closer to home.

This federal election, let federal political parties and local candidates know that you support Community Health Centres and want to see commitment to federal investment.
