PRAISE report for Bonita and Alberto. Alberto came through his two cataract surgeries well and also his surgery for prostate cancer. The doctors feels that they got all of the cancer during the lengthy surgery. He is now recovering in the hospital with Bonita by his side. Pray for the health of both of them as they prepare to return to Cuba early November. They are grateful for your prayer support.
PRAY for Village of Hope Africa who are holding their board meetings at the PAOC International office over the next couple of days. Pray for the empowerment of the Holy Spirit as they reflect on 2019 and look forward to 2020 and beyond.
Global Workers Retreat Eurasia
PRAY for all of our global workers in the Eurasia Region who will gather together next week for their annual retreat. They will be travelling from their various ministry countries to Turkey for five special days together.
Pray for safe travels.
Pray that their time together will be encouraging, fun, spiritually uplifting.
Pray that the children of our global workers will have fun together.
Pray that the Holy Spirit will be present in all that they do and say.
Global Worker Retreats are of great value as they provide a sense of connectedness and family, an opportunity for GWs to share experiences, an opportunity for hands on encouragement and prayer support. It's also a time when the children and youth of our global workers connect and get to know each other.
