Design WIth Nature Now

Design With Nature Now

Frederick Steiner, Richard Weller, Karen M'Closkey, Billy Fleming | Available here

After nearly two years of research, writing, and curation, Design With Nature Now is finally in print and available for purchase. With support from the Lincoln Institute for Land Policy and the Pew Center for Arts and Heritage, we're thrilled to release this timely anthology on one of the most important anniversaries in the design professions.

In it, you can learn more about the 25 projects selected for the 'Design With Nature Now' exhibit, including the Great Green Wall of Africa, Envision Utah, Emscher Landscape Park, Health Port Futures, 2050: An Energetic Odyssey, and many more. That exhibit is now being prepped for a global tour that will begin in early 2020.

The book also features new essays from James Corner, Anne Whiston Spirn, Anu Mathur, Catherine Seavitt Nordenson, Tom Campanella, Erle Ellis, Ursula Heise, Rom Holmes, and many more.

On the back cover of Design With Nature Now, you'll find ringing endorsements from Governor Jerry Brown, Christie Todd Whitman, and Bill McKibben. Get your copy today and help us mark the 50th anniversary of Ian's landmark book, Design With Nature.
