On November 3, 2019, Daylight Saving Time (DST) ended. In locations where DST is observed, the clocks moved back 1 hour. This may affect your batches/funding, especially if your terminal relies on auto-close.
Some credit card terminals did not automatically pick up on the time change and require a manual date/time reconfiguration. Below are instructions on how to perform this change on the Verifone VX520 or a Dejavoo Systems V Series terminal (V5, V8, etc) if your terminal did not automatically correct the clock.
