Seven Corners Hardware Store still
influences TSO Products to this day...
 For over 80 years, there existed an incredible hardware store in St. Paul, Minnesota, named for its location at—you guessed it—Seven Corners. What made it noteworthy was not only the wide selection of tools, but the service and advice offered by their staff. In the early 90s, we were in need of a particular power tool and were about to purchase the only brand they carried in that particular category. The salesman helping us advised against buying the tool they carried because he felt another brand, which they did not carry, would better serve our needs. Putting our interest ahead of the value of another sales transaction made a lasting impression. Serving the customer made Seven Corners a legend until real estate values and changing market conditions led to their closure—much to the regret of its loyal customer base.
This experience resonates at TSO to this day. We can't develop a solution for every need, but we can (and proudly do) put the interests of our customers ahead of any particular sales transaction. Toward that end, we are selectively expanding the brands and products we sell by adding two familiar names...
