Welcome to End in Mind's

Inspiration & Insights

New this week:

Happy Halloween · Observing Living & Dying in Nature · Upcoming Events

In the modern day, Halloween has become a holiday associated with dressing up in costume and going door-to-door for treats, at least in some cultures. Though fun, the roots of our present day Halloween celebrations lie in autumn harvest rituals that commemorate the dying year.

All across the world, different cultures honor this time of year in many beautiful ways. During this period of transition in our natural world, we remember those who have passed on by drawing an analogy between human death and the dark, cold winter months that lie ahead.

Here at End in Mind, we invite you to think of loved ones who have passed and be the things you loved most about the people who are gone.
A few weeks ago, Board Member Christy Moe Marek joined us for an engaging Facebook Live conversation entitled "Finding Comfort in Discomfort." We worked with her to create this step-by-step guided meditation on observing living and dying in nature to commemorate the changing seasons.

Try it out and let us know what you think!

Coming soon!!!

We are so excited to share that we are working on a new, interactive website for End in Mind complete with downloadable resources, content and more!

We heard all of your great feedback and hope this new platform will make it easier to share the latest news, tools, and stories.

We'll let you know when it's up and ready to go!

When you give to End in Mind, you are supporting a passionate team to offer support to you and your loved ones as you wade through some of life’s big questions and tough conversations.

To fully fund our work and keep bringing you stories and new tools, it takes half a million dollars. And this year we will be a $200,000 organization when we raise $50,000 by year end.
