Youth caroling with families has long been a tradition for the Trinity youth. As a part of that experience this year, I would like to teach any youth who would like to participate to ring handbells to play along with the carols and Christmas songs. You do not have to be able to read music to ring. We will rehearse on Wednesdays, beginning November 6 th, at 4:30 in the Music Suite. I would like for us to use some of these same carols for the musical program on December 15 th.
This is an invitation for youth to join the children for a musical program on December 15 th at 6:00. The program is not a children’s musical like the ones we have done in the past. It will be a program of Christmas carols, contemporary Christmas music, and readings which will include Scripture, poetry, and the stories behind the Christmas carols. We will begin Wednesday practices with the youth on November 6 th at 5:00 in the Music Suite. If any of you play instruments and would like to help in this way, please let me know.
