Manufactured Home Appraisals
- The 2020 Standard Comparable Appraisal in AL, CA, CO, FL, MI, NV, OH, OR, PA, TX and WA will be $325.
- Standard Comparable Appraisals in all other states will be $355.
- Standard Plus Comparable Appraisals will be $380 (Includes comparable photos and community profile data).
- NADA Manufactured Home Appraisal will be $325.
- Desk Appraisal (Plans and Specs) will be $325.
- Call for a quote on FHA Manufactured Home Appraisal (NAS Form #2).
- Call for a quote on Bankruptcy Appraisal with Expert Witness Testimony.

- Exterior Only Drive-by Inspection with Photos will be $150.
- Post Site, Repair Verification, or Construction Draw Inspection will be $150.
- Community Attribute Survey (CAS) or Park Rating will be $150.
- Photo Only Inspection will be $150.
- Condition Report with Photos will be $185.
