We are a charity based in the beautiful Highland town of Cromarty, on the Black Isle. Our goals are to promote and embrace the arts, education, environment, history of the Highlands, and the conservation of buildings of historical or architectural importance.
Welcome to the second October 2019 Enews.
These newsletters go out approximately every fortnight to keep you up to date with all our latest gigs, courses, workshops, exhibitions, news and events. You can also keep informed via our website and Facebook and Twitter pages.
In the last Enews we told you about this year's Student Residency Prize winner, Lyndsay Fairley, a jewellery graduate from Glasgow School of Art. This coming weekend sees the end of Lyndsay's month-long stay in Cromarty. If you're interested in seeing some of Lyndsy's sketches and photos created during her time here and to chat about her experiences, inspiration and future plans, please come along to the Old Brewery on Sunday 27th October, 4-5.30pm.
Our peaceful and cosy one-bedroom, fully furnished flat in the Stables is available to rent! A short walk from Cromarty centre, this would suit any couple or individual looking for a quiet location with stunning views, particularly artists, writers, musicians, educators looking for an inspiring location within an active arts scene. Email if you're interested or check out our Gumtree ad for more photos and further information.
