Dear Friends,
Sometimes I feel like we have so much and sometimes I feel like we have so little! It's a back and forth proposition depending on how you see things. Perspectives! During this month we have felt some lack of resources and then as the Lord does, he encourages and gives us a blessing! It came from the Acts of Jesus' followers Chapter 3 as Peter and John were going up to the temple at the time of prayer—
"Now a man who was lame from birth was being carried to the temple gate called Beautiful, where he was put every day to beg from those going into the temple courts. When he saw Peter and John about to enter, he asked them for money. Peter looked straight at him, as did John. Then Peter said, “Look at us!” So the man gave them his attention, expecting to get something from them. Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God."

1وذَهَبَ بُطرُسُ ويوحنّا، ذاتَ يومٍ، إلى الحَرَمِ الشَّريفِ لأداءِ صَلاةِ العَصرِ، 2وإذا بِبَعضِ النّاسِ يَحمِلونَ رَجُلاً كَسيحًا مُنذُ وِلادتِهِ، كانوا يَضَعونَهُ كُلَّ يومٍ عِندَ بابِ الحَرَمِ - البابِ الجَميل- لاستِجداءِ الدّاخِلينَ. 3وعِندَما وَقَعَ نَظَرُهُ على بُطرُسَ ويوحنّا طَلَبَ مِنهُما صَدَقةً، 4ولكنّهُما تَفَرَّسا في وَجهِ الرَّجُلِ، ثُمَّ قالَ لهُ بُطرُسُ: "اُنظُرْ إلينا!" 5ونَظَرَ إليهِما الرَّجُلُ ظانًّا أنّهُ سيَحظى بعَطِيةٍ، 6ولكنَّ بُطرُسَ خاطَبَهُ قائلاً: "لَيسَ لديّ مِن فِضَّةٍ ولا ذَهَبٍ، ولكن سأُعطيكَ ما عِندي: باسمِ عيسى المَسيحِ النَّاصِريّ انهَضْ ماشيًا على قَدَمَيكَ!" 7وأمسَكَ بيَدِهِ اليُمنى فأجلسَهُ، وحالاًّ سَرَتِ العافيةُ في قَدَمَيِ الرَّجُلِ وكَعبَيهِ، 8فقَفَزَ واقفًا وأخَذَ يَخطو، ودَخَلَ مَعَهُما حَرَمَ بَيتِ اللهِ ماشيًا تارةً وقافِزًا تارةً أُخرى فَرَحًا، مُسَبِّحًا للهِ،.
Peter and John did not have money to give but that did not stop them from giving to the lame man something he didn't even know he needed or that they could give. This is the posture we have been taking this month in our Media engagements!
