Our Mission:
The Block Nurse Program link older adults in the Como Park/Falcon Heights area with community resources, using staff and volunteers.  Our services support independence, increase opportunities for socialization and promote safety for adults as they age.

Meet Linda Melcher, our Board Treasurer and author of this month's
Health Minute:
Recreational Drumming
Recreational drumming is an enjoyable, accessible, and fulfilling activity for everyone.  From exercise, nurturing and social support to intellectual stimulation, spirituality and stress reduction, group drumming stimulates creative expression that unites our minds, bodies, and spirits.  Group recreational drumming is an incredible unifying tool that brings out the best in us.
Program Update:
Executive Director, Lisa Kane,

We are extremely grateful for the
