Dear Accounting Society Members, 
       Hello everyone! Thank you to everyone who attended our first Social event last Thursday, October 24th. We hope you had fun and learned more about the Accounting Society. We look forward to seeing everyone at future events!
       This Tuesday, October 29th, we will have our Accounting Game Plan. Learn how to plan out the next years of your academic career! On Thursday, October 31st, we will have "Brand Yourself with CohnReznick" with ZUTS and Ascend. Come join us to learn how to stand out from your peers and what to do to make sure recruiters remember your name. RSVP is required. 
        Please make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the most updated room numbers and to check back on our upcoming newsletters. To become an inducted member, you have to satisfy the following requirements (You have two consecutive semesters to fulfill these requirements):
  • 5 Corporate Events
  • 2 General Interest Meetings
  • 2 Volunteer Events

1) Accounting Game Plan - 10/29

(This event will count towards Corporate Credit)
Let the Accounting Society board members help you map out your accounting game plan for your future career! Learn about the required courses for your coming semesters as well as some tips and resources available on campus. No RSVP required. 

2) "Brand Yourself with CohnReznick" with ZUTS and Ascend  - 10/31

Join Baruch Accounting Society, Ascend, and Zicklin Undergraduate Tax Society (ZUTS) in developing your personal brand with CohnReznick! Professionals from CohnReznick will provide invaluable tips on how you can stand out from your peers and make recruiters notice you. The deadline to RSVP is Tuesday, October 29th at 11:59 pm. RSVP here
 
3) General Interest Meeting #3 / Social #2 - 11/5
