Wine Spot Team Spotlight
Over the next few weeks we will be highlighting our wonderful team. We're grateful to have them and wanted you to get to know them better.
This week we start with our General Manager and longest tenured employee Elan Hoenig.
Years with The Wine Spot:
Its a famiy affair. I feel like i've been here since day one in some capacity.
A little bit about yourself:
I started my career in the kitchens around Cleveland and then moved to work in South Florida. My love for wine came from creating food and wine pairings for restaraunts and personal clients.
Favorite Wine or Beer, why?
Loire Valley wines in general. Whether its Sauvignon Blanc , Chenin Blanc or Pinot Noir, Loire Valley wines have the fruit and minerality I crave. In the world of beer, Belgium Geuze and Lambic are definatley my favorites.
Fun Fact:
I have attended 1000+ concerts in my lifetime and show no signs of slowing down. There is nothing like sharing music with like minded individuals.
"Let the music take your mind" - Kool and the Gang!
Up next week: Abie
