This week, we learned that the Royal Navy has used a virtual reality installation at a video gaming festival to boost its recruitment. 

It made us wonder whether this was the first instance of an organisation creating a virtual pipeline for new talent.

Now, some would argue that all talent pipelines are 'virtual' (you weren't actually forcing your applicants down a concrete duct to get to the interview... were you?)
