Young Adults Learning Self-Care


  • As part of Vermont's statewide efforts to promote positive mental and physical health in schools, the Umatter® Youth and Young Adult (YYA) program is encouraging young adults to make their own health care appointments and proactively connect with care providers in their areas.  Youth involved in Vermont's RAYS program (Raising Awareness for Youth Services) helped create posters and web content as part of their student-led campaign.

Public Health Action


  • CHL's Executive Director, JoEllen Tarallo serves on the Board of Directors for VT Public Health Association and invites you or a representative of your organization to this policy and outreach collegial sharing session focused on public health initiatives in Vermont. The work of partners affect the health and well-being of individuals, families, communities, and sub-populations and it is always interesting and sometimes fruitful to learn about the work our colleagues are doing.
