OCTOBER 28 UPDATE
DUES
All marching band and colorguard fees were due on September 27 but we have many outstanding. If you have any questions, or need special arrangements, please email Elizabeth Rickwood treasurer@northgwinnettband.org. Our dues are used to pay our instructors, buy new music, maintain instruments, and much much more. Thank you to all who have paid on time. All marching band fees must be paid in full before any additional payments are applied towards indoor drumline, winter guard, or the spring band trip. Checks should be made out to NGBPA and PayPal payments should be sent to ngbpa1@gmail.com.
FRIDAY TAILGATE
This Friday is our last regular season home game and time to celebrate our seniors and their families! We will host an ALL BAND TAILGATE before the game and ask parents of freshmen, sophomores and juniors to sign up to bring food and games, and help with set up and clean up. Sign up below. Tailgate will start at 5:30 in the courtyard outside the band room and all band families are welcome to attend!

Seniors from the marching band, along with the football team, trainers, and cheerleaders, will be honored before the game. Family members escorting seniors should plan to be at the band stands between 6:30-6:45 and a volunteer will direct you from there. All attendees will need a ticket to the game and pre-purchase is recommended. Tickets can be purchased online or students may purchase at NGHS.

Spirit Night at Culver’s
Join us for Spirit Night at Culver’s on Monday, November 11, from 5-8 pm. Culver’s is a band sponsor and is adding to their support by hosting Spirit Night at their new location at 230 Peachtree Industrial Blvd.!
Band Mom’s Night Out
We have another Band Mom’s Night Out planned! Please join us for some fun at AR Workshop in Lawrenceville on Thursday, November 14 at 6:30 pm! Only 30 seats are available so register fast! Playoff Season
The Bulldogs football season will continue as we have qualified for playoffs! Go Dawgs! We have a bye week Friday November 8 and playoffs begin November 15. Our practices will continue as long as the football season continues and attendance is mandatory unless approved by the directors. Games are usually Friday evening. We will publish a schedule as soon as we have it.
