A Successful Conference

It’s been a  month since the Arc Flash International Conference at Manchester Airport with our Keynote speaker Jim Phillips, P.E.

We’re still reeling from how fantastic the event was and we’ve received some amazing feedback from the delegates and sponsors.

We would like to thank once again our Partners; J & K Ross Ltd, for allowing delegates to have a hands-on experience with Arc Flash P.P.E. EasyPower LLC  for joining us to deliver demonstrations of the software. Thanks too to our speakers Michael Frain and Paul Hopton. Last but certainly not least, Thanks to the team at Brainfiller, Inc. for all they do for the industry and ESUK.

And finally, thank you to all our delegates. It is fantastic to see #ArcFlash awareness growing in the UK and Europe. To view pictures from the event visit our Flickr page here: https://lnkd.in/gg6-fSz

Celebrating Success

The team at ESUK attended the Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber Business Awards on Friday night with 600 attendees to celebrate local businesses and their employees in what was an amazing night.

ESUK was shortlisted in two categories for the evening:
  • Finance for Enterprise - Marketing Campaign of the Year
  • Enzygo - Business Growth Award
Walking away with a Highly Commended award for our Marketing Campaign, Managing Director Rebecca Frain said;

"Since 2018 the company has focussed heavily on improving the brand, public image, reduce soaring costs and provide the company with a marketing campaign that we could be proud of and would grow the business. We’re proud to say that through hard work and dedication this has been achieved. This award is really well deserved for all who helped get us there. I'm really proud of our entire team."
A Lifetime of Achievement

Our Executive Chairman Ted Lowe scooped the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.

Ted has spent over 50 years in the electrical engineering industry with over 40 of those at a senior management level. Having spent 35 years working with large multi-disciplined organisations, in 1994 he established the Lowe Group of Companies based in Rotherham which grew over a period of 14 years to employ 230 local people with a turnover of approximately £20m.
A valuable mentor to hundreds of young apprentices and managers that have worked for him over the years becoming successful business owners themselves.

Ted is generous with his time, experience and patience and strives to give back to the industry that made him.
