The theme of Buffer Fringe 2019 is an invitation to discuss not only physical but also mental buffer zones and the in-between spaces we have in our lives.

Arts & Community Discussion is one of the events within this year's programming that invites artists, practitioners, academics, community workers and more to discuss the role that arts can play in creating community engagement and how it can be understood as a form of living.

Participating Speakers: Dijana Milosevic (Serbia), Elena Agathocleous (Cyprus), Hanna Knell (Germany), Helene Black/Yiannis Colakides (Cyprus), Izel Seylani (Cyprus), Lee Perlman (Israel), Nurtane Karagil (Cyprus).

Hanna Knell's presence is owed to the generosity of the Goethe-Institut Zypern.

The Discussion that will take place at Fulbright Centre yard (10:00-13:00), will be moderated by Diomedes Koufteros.
