The Don Buck Room behind the coffee shop is available to use from 11am to 12:30pm.  This has been set up as a space for families to retreat to at our busiest time of the day. There will be tables, chairs and beanbags in there, so feel free to go on in and use it.  It's okay to eat lunch in there (please pick up rubbish though).  This option may change during the term, depending on whether or not we get booted out of the library room!  :)
The first day of a new term is usually a little crazy as we all meet up again and find our way around.  Week 2 is calmer!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF CLASSES IN FOYER AREAS
(that means moving away from classes to talk)

THANKS!

We have 14 new families joining us this term, so if you see anyone looking lost, please help them out  :)
And a request from the YMCA - please remind your children that the Massey Leisure Centre is a shared public space.  It is SO tempting to run inside - but please can you ask your children to WALK.  There are elderly people who use the space also and who need to feel safe.  Thanks  :)
We need some old magazines to use in Visual Art - if you have any (suitable) please bring them in...  thanks!
Please remember that if your child has any special needs, or is struggling with being in a class for any reason, we need to know.  Being aware of any issues helps us to help your child.
Call me (Rae) on 0272209949 to discuss, and I can liaise with the tutors, or email me at:  thehomeschoolgroup@gmail.com
